Yes, 100%. Arsenal have strict rules for the setting up of branches of their
Supporters Club and we had to satisfy a whole host of conditions and criteria.
This we did and we were granted official recognition in time for the start
of the 2006-07 season. We are the ONLY official Arsenal Supporters Club in this area. Back to questions

Approximately 46% of our membership live in Worcestershire; 40% live in Shropshire, Warwickshire and the West Midlands and the rest live in Herefordshire, Powys and Staffordshire.
We welcome new members from anywhere in our West Midlands catchment area, as listed on the home page.
You tell us what game you wish to attend and we do our best to obtain the tickets for you and allocate them accordingly – please use the email addresses below -
Remember to tell us who you are, how many tickets you want (for members only, of course) and where you would like your tickets to be – family enclosure or general seating etc. We can never guarantee tickets but last season (2017/18) every AWMSC member that ordered a home ticket got one.
Tickets can be obtained for pretty much every domestic and international away game but you need to let us know as far in advance as possible – usually 10 weeks before the fixture date.
We encourage members to request tickets as early as they can (at least 10 weeks before the fixture date) and in the case of knockout competitions within 24 hours of the draw being made. Back
Gold and Platinum members continue to use their own season ticket seats as usual but benefit from transport and the camaraderie of being part of the club.
Silver members are our lifeblood and we order as many tickets for home games as we are able based on the number of Silvers within our club.
The tickets are usually made available to us as an official branch of the Supporters Club 10 weeks prior to Premiership fixtures – as opposed to 8 weeks prior for regular Silvers so for the most part we get what we request in terms of quantities and prices (generally the cheaper seats).
We usually order a number of junor tickets as well, once again based on the Junior Gunner memberships within our club. Back to questions
No. The membership remains yours but we order on it on your behalf .
Should a Silver wish to attend the game in question, the seat is theirs.
They have up to five weeks before the game to say yes they wish to attend, or no they don’t. If they say yes they also then have the option up to two weeks before the game to change their minds and say no.
This offers a Silver member of our club more flexibility than if they were a regular Silver member ordering their ticket direct from Arsenal. Back to questions
Sometimes, yes, but in practice only a handful of games go to red or general sale.
As with the Silvers we get in ahead of the regular Red sale so you stand a better chance of getting a cheaper priced ticket.
If the number of requests for a particular game exceeds the number of tickets we are able to obtain on Silver memberships then we will attempt to place an additional order based on Red numbers. However in recent seasons we have been unable to do this for Man Utd and Chelsea fixtures (for eg.) because the tickets simply weren’t available from Arsenal. Back to questions
No. This remains in your possession. Arsenal provide us with paper tickets for distribution to members. Back to questions
Approx four weeks before the game we send requests for payment to those members who have requested and been allocated tickets. Members are expected to pay for their ticket(s) as soon as they receive their payment request.
This system gives you more time to pay for your tickets than you would have when purchasing direct from Arsenal. The preferred payment method is by bank transfer. We do not except cheques for tickets. If you request a ticket you will be expected to pay for it.
No. We charge those members of our Supporters Club who hold Arsenal memberships a flat rate booking fee of £1.50 per ticket. This is cheaper than the booking fees you would expect to pay if you purchase direct from Arsenal. If your ticket needs to be posted to you then we will add on an extra 75p.
We charge non-Arsenal members who are not members of our Supporters Club (guests) a booking fee of £5.00 per ticket. This rate is put towards the costs of running the club. Junior guests will be charged a £2.50 booking fee. Back to questions
We supply tickets to friends of members as long as they are Arsenal fans and as long as they take out “Lite Membership” of our Supporters Club for the game in question at a cost of £5.00.
Tell us at the outset that you wish to bring a friend and we will note the request and allocate accordingly if we have tickets available. Paid up members of the Club always take priority. You are limited in the number of requests you can make for tickets for friends to two per season – and you must make use of club transport if provided. The same guest cannot attend more than one game without becoming club members.
We also require the names and addresses of your friends prior to travelling.
Once again, your friends must be Arsenal fans – we do not obtain tickets for supporters of other clubs. Back to questions
When numbers permit, we run a coach to home games at weekends and the occasional other midweek home fixtures. The coach pick up points are Kidderminster, Worcester, Bromsgrove and J15 on the M40. Prices for the 2015-16 season were £25 return for adults and £15 for juniors – expect these to rise for the 2017-18 season if coaches run! There are discounts for families or parents bringing more than one child (who are siblings).
Arsenal and the police insist that we arrive at least two hours prior to kick off. We leave as soon as possible after the final whistle, (so do any shopping before the match!). We also organise the occasional “Away Day” with a coach running to an away fixtures.
If numbers are not sufficiently high enough to run a coach, members will, more often than not, get together and car share.
Please note that alcohol is not allowed on any official supporters club transport.
Please note that we are NOT a Ticket Agency. We would expect members, whom we obtain tickets for, to use Club Transport when we provide it. Obviously, we appreciate that there may be occasions when members make their own travel arrangements for social or work reasons.
However, the stress is on occasionally. We ask you to travel with us as much as possible to keep everyone’s costs down and to provide a social side to the club. As mentioned earlier, we are NOT a ticket agency and we will not provide tickets to those who order tickets but do not travel with us on a regular basis. Back to questions
If, having joined and given it a go, you feel the club is not for you then you are at liberty to withdraw your membership, as and when, you wish.
If this happens, sole use of your Arsenal membership (if you hold one) reverts to you. Please note, however, that your membership fee will not be refunded. Back to questions
